Job Descriptions

- Co-ordinate with Vessel Operator / Vendors & Customers - Received all the shipping documents from customers such as invoice & packing list - Received Pre-alert and Arrival Notice - Ensure that all details documents and update to Customers and ELVIS system.(Issue Billing IN/DN) - Processing and issuing Delivery Order (D/O) - Arrange truck for cargo delivery to customers - Contact Laem Chabang DC /Follow up shipment schedule - Receive booking / confirm customer, collect information, negotiate space with carrier and co-loader and keep record of schedule both LCL and FCL shipment and provide booking to shipper. - Issue shipping particular and send to carrier as customer request. - Contact customer to confirm BL declaration accuracy. - Co-operate with carrier and forwarding agents for B/L checking confirmation / customer in order to make smooth operation / oversea agent in any inquiry and problem. -Issue baikhorn, paperless - Submit VGM / SI - Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Male/Female age 25-45 years
Bachelor Degree in related fields
Experience for customer service / operation at the freight forwarding field than over 3 years.
Energetic and responsible
Good command for speaking & writing English
Must have customs training certificates
