- Supervise the work of employees in the department, provide advice on work techniques to increase the efficiency of machines and employees, supervise the maintenance of employees' machines - Progress management of daily work. - Check that daily tasks are being performed as planned and oversee progress management of daily work. - Analyse problem, find appropriate solution and solve. - Check the molding conditions input during setup and correction. - Creation, Review and education of work standards - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Male, age 30 - 40 years
Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and related fields.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in injection molding operations, with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of injection molding principles, processes, and equipment.
Proven ability to optimize production processes and ensure quality control.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
็Have knowledge of ISO9001:2015,IATF16949:2016 systems.
Check and control employees in the department to perform their duties according to the specified plan.
Report on the results of problem analysis, causes, solutions and prevention.
Follow up on daily production results and report production results to management.
Track daily production results, report production results summary
