Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการด้านการส่งออก เอกสารการส่งออกให้ลูกค้าต่างประเทศ เงื่อนไขการซื้อขาย ระหว่างประเทศ
2.จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการส่งออก เช่น Proforma Invoice, Invoice ,Packing list export entry ,bill of landing ฯลฯ
3.ติดตามเอกสารการนำเข้าและส่งออก กับ Supplier หรือบริษัทคู่ค้า เพื่อ Summit/Enter/Booking ให้กับการติดต่อทางเรือและทางเครื่องบิน
4.ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบริการของผู้จัดการส่งสินค้า (forwarder) และผู้ให้บริการ(service provider)
5.ติดต่อประสานงานบริษัทขนส่งรถบรรทุก และติดตามเอกสารต่างๆ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- อัธยาศัยดีและ รักการติดต่อสื่อสาร
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความละเอียดและรอบคอบ
