1. Must have knowledge of food & beverage products.
2. Ability to manage a restaurants and bars.
3. Ability to manage restaurant manager.
4. Set standard of each branch.
5. Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
6. Must be able to prepare/check cost control.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience in direct field.
