Job Descriptions
• เก็บข้อมูลจากลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอ Solutions ที่ตรงต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า • จัดทำข้อมูลเอกสาร เพื่อนำเสนอ Solutions ให้แก่ลูกค้าได้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด • ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางผู้ผลิตและเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ตามที่มีในโครงการที่เสนอลูกค้า • สนับสนุนงานขาย Solutions ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท • ติดตามการส่งมอบงานหรือโครงการต่างๆ ได้ทันตามกำหนด • ดำเนินการให้ลูกค้าประเมินผลความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ • จัดทำระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ ได้แก่ Present โครงการ, Proposal, ใบเสนอราคา, เอกสารสัญญา , ข้อตกลง ฯลฯ ของทุกโครงการ • ออกแบบ design นำเสนอให้คำปรึกษา ทำงานร่วมกับvendor partner เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ • ออกแบบและให้คำปรึกษาด้าน Network กับลูกค้าพร้อมทำ BOM
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุ : 25-38
  3. ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์,วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. ประสบการณ์ Network Engineer อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานและความรู้ความสามารถทางด้าน Infrastructure อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  6. มีความรู้ด้าน It cisco aruba datacenter campus network
  7. มี Certificate Implement, Engineering ทางด้านเทคโนโลยี
  8. ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  9. มี Service mind และพร้อมพัฒนาตัวเองเสมอ
  10. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
  11. มีทัศนะที่ดีในการให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าด้วยใจบริการ
