Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามสถานะงาน กับขนส่งและลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ 2.ประสานงานติดต่อกับทางจัดซื้อของลูกค้า ในการนำเสนอ ติดตามหรือแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ 3.ประสานงานและรับเรื่องระหว่างลูกค้า-ฝ่ายโรงแรม-ฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างดี 4.จัดทำราายงานและเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขาย สรุปรายงานการขายและรายงานอื่นๆ ตามทีได้รับมอบหมาย 5.จัดเก็บเอกสารของฝ่ายขาย และทำงานสนับสนุนงานขายและการตลาด 6.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : ไม่กำหนด
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-2 ปี
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีทักษะในการเจรจาประสานงาน
  5. มีประสบการณ์การประสานงานติดต่อกับทางโรงแรมหรือโรงงาน
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Excel - Microsoft Office ในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ทางด้านอาหารมาอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  8. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ และวันเสาร์ครึ่งวันเช้า)
