Job Descriptions

1. Customer Audit (including follow up action plan) and support customer 2. Responsibility leader all new model & APQP program 3. Make master plan and follow up progressive of each activity 4. Leader of process change to customer 5. Make master plan for process change which concern customer 6. Responsibility and preparation customers PPAP 7. Solving primary problem 8. Internal audit for process and product 9. Report of all problem and result of all Operation to Assistant Manager 10. Follow of all any a commander order 11. Perform comply with IATF16949, ISO14001 requirements and report the results of operation by segment is responsible to management. 12. Working day Monday - Friday ทำงานจันทร์-วันศุกร์ (และ 6 เสาร์ปฏิทิน/ปี) เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น. สวัสดิการ - ค่าตำแหน่ง (Position allowance) - เบี้ยขยัน (Diligent allowance) - ค่าเดินทาง (Transportation allowance) - รถรับ-ส่งพนักงาน (Company Bus) สายฉะเชิงเทรา ลาดกระบัง หนองจาก มีนบุรี กรุงเทพฯ รามอินทรา แฟชั่นไอส์แลนด์ - ค่าอาหาร (Meal allowance) - ค่าภาษา (Languages : English/Japanese allowance) - กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ (Provident Fund) - ค่ารักษาพยาบาลพนักงานและครอบครัว(Medical allowance for Employee& Family ) - เงินรางวัลพนักงานดีเด่น (Employee Good service allowance ) - เงินแสดงความยินดี เช่น แต่งงาน คลอดบุตร ( Mariage, Child birth allowance) - เงินช่วยกรณีพนักงานหรือครอบครัวเสียชีวิต(Employee/ Family fineral allowance) - โบนัส (ตามผลประกอบการ)(Bonus depend on Company Profits) - ประกันชีวิต (Insurance) - ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม (Uniform) - กิจกรรมกท่องเที่ยวประจำปี (Company Trip) - งานเลี้ยงประจำปี (New Year Party)

Qualifications

เพศชาย/หญิง
อายุ 23-32 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป คณะวิศวกรรม สาขาใดก็ได้
มีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับแนะนำตัว-ส่งเมลได้ (หากคะแนน TOEIC : 700 ขึ้นไป มีสวัสดิการค่าภาษา)
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอ
มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน Customer Claim อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
