Job Descriptions
1.จัดหาสินค้า เจรจาต่อรองกับบริษัทภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 2.ตรวจสินค้าคงเหลือ เพื่อทำการวางแผนการสั่งซื้อสินค้า 3.ติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้าของบริษัทคู่ค้าภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 4.เปิด PR/PO สั่งซื้อสินค้า พร้อมทั้งติดตามผลการดำเนินงานจนกระทั่งสินค้าได้รับการส่งมอบ และลงบันทึกข้อมูล 5.จัดทำเอกสารงานจัดซื้อที่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลสินค้าและจัดทำจดหมายถึงบริษัทคู่ค้าภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 6.แก้ปัญหางานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อและการขนส่งสินค้าต่างประเทศ 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8.ประสานกับธนาคารเพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการชำระค่าสินค้า 9.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 - 32 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะในการเจราจาต่อรองกับ Supplier ภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศได้
  4. มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้อภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำเอกสาร Form E , Form AK, BL, LPI, L/C,T/T
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง ใช้โปรแกรม Express/PEAK ได้
  7. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
  9. มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ ทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
