Job Descriptions
•Account management for a group of local Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) customers via the telephone to actively drive sales revenue to achieve sales targets •Responsible for account development and retention through up-selling and cross-selling services and products; maintaining and renewing contracts for SME accounts •Accountable for new business development by opening new SME accounts •Ensure that all SME customer issues relating to service recovery and credit control are co-coordinated and managed through the relevant SingPost departments
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor in Business or Logistics Management or relevant disciplines
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or job-coordination nature
  3. Preferably in freight forwarding / logistics industry
  4. Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
  5. Customer-oriented, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  6. Good command of written and spoken in both Thai and English
  7. PC Knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  8. Good interpersonal skills
  9. Possess business acumen
  10. A self- motivated, independent individual with strong desire to excel
  11. Analytical skills
