Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลงานปฐมนิเทศพนักงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่
2. ออกสัญญาจ้าง HO และที่ปรึกษา ทนาย สัญญาบริการ ป้านา
3. ทำบัตรพนักงานและถ่ายรูปพนักงาน
4. ประเมินทดลองงานพนักงานใหม่ 2 รอบ 45 และ 85 วัน
5. ยกเลิกการลาออกของพนักงาน
6. ประกาศข่าวสารในระบบเทศกลาต่างๆ BY OA Flash HR และ ตารางข่าวสาร
7. ดูแลคนพิการ deal มูลนิธิ
8. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ที่สามารถขึ้นทะเบียนจป.ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์มาก่อน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
- มีความละเอียดในการทำงานและมีการวางแผนงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
