Job Descriptions
1. Supervise daily operations of the call center team, including inbound, outbound calls, and chat. 2 . Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. 3. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints or complex issues as needed. 5. Track KPIs such as call volume, response times, service levels, and customer satisfaction. 6. Provide regular reports and insights to management. 7. Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage. 8. Collaborate with training teams to onboard new hires and upskill existing staff. 9. Recommend improvements to workflows, scripts, and customer service protocols. 10. Working day Mon. - Fri.
Qualifications
  1. Age: 30 - 40 years old
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  3. Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Call Center Leader or Supervisor, or in a similar role.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in creating Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiar with performance metrics and call center software such as Bria, Voxtron, Salesforce, and 3CX.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Thai.
  7. Other Abilities: Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
  8. Additional Consideration: Knowledge of automobiles or the ability to drive will be considered an advantage.
