Responsibilities include design, installation, perform after-sales services for multimedia and network equipment/systems the company sold to customers. Technical knowledge - Learn all product literature and related technology perassigned - Attend all technical training provided by the company Pre-sales Services - Test new equipment/system solution - Firewall,vulnerability assessment,IPS - Perform technical presentation to customer - Prepare required equipment to perform product demonstration to customer - Design and produce document such as diagram,TOR, Specification for Sales Implementation and Installation - Implement plan, installation place, equipment needed to perform for customer - Perform site survey - prepare equipment,accessories and materials for installation Produce acceptance document, user manual,training manual - Perform acceptance test with customer - Provide Training to customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in related fields.
Experience in hardware and software management.
Experience in DNS, DHCP, Routing, Gateway, QOS, VLAN, Firewall, Wireless, SNMP, VPN, WAN, TCP, UDP
Experience in Wireless Lan deployment for small to large scale
Have knowledge in OSI Model
Risk management and provide the solution related
Responsible for day-to-day operation issues
Service minded and growth mindset
Analytical thinking, effective communication skills with interpersonal and problem-solving skill
Able to work under pressure, good team player, and deal with uncomfortable situations
Good command and written of English
Have car driver license
Certification at Beginner Level from well-known vendor such as Cisco CCNA
