สนับสนุนงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลด้านการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร และการพัฒนาพนักงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของหน่วยงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลขององค์กร
Qualifications
  1. ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการสรรหาบุคลากรและคัดเลือกบุคลากร
  2. จัดทำ ปรับปรุงแก้ไข และจัดเก็บข้อมูลคำบรรยายใบพรรณนาลักษณะงาน (Job Description)
  3. สร้าง ดูแล และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับสถาบันการศึกษา
  4. สัมภาษณ์ รวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพนักงานที่ลาออก (Exit Interview)
  5. จัดทำเอกสารสัญญาจ้าง สัญญารักษาความลับ
  6. ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานและให้คำแนะนำ ปรึกษาแก่พนักงานในช่วงทดลองงาน
  7. ออกแบบการจัดหลักสูตรและการฝึกอบรมการให้มั่นใจว่าบุคลากรขององค์กรได้รับการพัฒนาตามแผนการฝึกอบรม
  8. ติดต่อประสานงาน ดำเนินการจัด ประเมินผล และบันทึกประวัติการฝึกอบรมตามแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปีขององค์กร
  9. สนับสนุน หรือสร้างบรรยากาศในสำนักงาน/โรงงาน
