Job Descriptions
-Create the pick and place & AOI programs -Arrange for maintenance plan of machines and preventive maintenance of machines in SMT lines. -Prepare any documents concerned and Working Instruction -Prepare tools, machines, materials, manpower, documents related to production planning -Check and monitoring status production to achieve production plan target -Report to Sr. ENG in any case of machine and quality problems -Control and solve the SMT whole process problem and report to Sr. ENG -Review and analyze inspection reports from Quality Department and Production Engineers. Find the root cause of the problem and fix it. Find a way to reduce the rate of waste -Control 5S in SMT process -Control of equipment and spare parts of machines enough to meet the needs in case of machine problems -Control withdrawing / returning of material (based on production plan) -Training new operator on work instruction and skill up -Any jobs assign from Supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old
  2. Bachelor ‘s Degree in Electronics or related field
  3. Good personality and good relationship with another person
  4. High responsibility and working as team efficiency
  5. Have good negotiate skill and good problem-solving skill
  6. At least 2 -3 years experience in SMT process
  7. English or Chinese skill will be advantage
