Job Descriptions
Main Purpose:
Tecnical responsible for all setups for manufacturing injection molding products.
• Develop molded products with the required performance
• Prepare a manufacturing system that can stably supply the required quality
• Responsible for the technical operation of the manufacturing system in a stable manner.
• Validation of new products (process changing)
• Production support, Trouble shooting, and NCMR.
• From project target, make detail plan and follow up.
• Cooperate with relate functions for support project plan.
Key Duties :
• Write documentation for new and current validation and/ or qualification procedures and technical reports.
• Responsible for coordinate with QA for all validation cycles across RA, IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV and Change requests
• Assign the injection condition to produce the molding parts.
• Analyze the mold components dimension, molding part, outcome of optical property.
• Conducts the molding technician to perform the needful action to solve the prodcution problem.
• Leads the molding technician for improvment project.
• Adhoc assignment from supervisor.
• Make all arrangements to finish the mold.
Establish launch schedule and its process
Handle all processes (molding, measuring, maintenance, correction processing, etc.) in conjunction
Judge necessity of negotiation of specification change if necessary and consult with Supervisors
Strategy for maximizing process capability (stability of central value management condition)
Feedback to die design (request for design change etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor or relevant qualifications.
- Has the injection molding operation experience
- Has experience of transferring molds to mass production
- Well-know the injection machines principle, procedure, method and safety consideration.
- Understand the technical files such as Engineer Drawing, operation manual, specification etc.
- Analyst skill on data with the mathematic and statistical method.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English both verbal and writting
