Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขา
- บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขา ในระบบบัญชี โปรแกรม SUN System
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับสาขาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. - ปริญญาตรี
- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี สามารถตรวจสอบการเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย และบันทึกรายการบัญชีได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- มีความรู้เรื่องภาษีอากร เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เป็นต้น
- มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี เช่น โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- มีความสามารถใช้ Internet ในการรับส่ง E-mail และสามารถ Scan เอกสารได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
