** ขายคอนโดพร้อมโอน ค่า commission 0.8% **
** คอนโดราคาประมาณ 1,200,000 บาท/ห้อง
ค่าคอมสูงสุด 9,600 บาท/ห้อง**
-เสนอขายคอนโด
-พาลูกค้าชมคอนโด
-ทำการจองห้องเพื่อกู้ธนาคารให้กับลูกค้า
-เก็บและติดตามเอกสารในการยื่นกู้ธนาคารจากลูกค้า
-นำเสนอ วงเงินและดอกเบี้ยของแต่ละธนาคารให้แก่ลูกค้า
-ส่งมอบห้องชุดให้ลูกค้า
-ออก booth ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
-ทำยอดขายให้ได้ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
**รับค่าคอมทุกวันที่ 5 ของเดือนถัดไป
ค่าคอมคิดจากยอดขายสุทธิหลังหักส่วนลดและของแถม
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตำแหน่ง งานขาย มากกว่า 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- อายุมากกว่า 18 ปี
- มีความขยัน และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
