Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities: This position conducts the strategic sales of lending products, and oversees sales team to achieve business target.
Role and Responsibilities
•Drive the strategic growth of sales portfolio mainly on lending product personal loan, Auto loan, hire purchase
•Lead the sales teams to achieve sale volume on monthly and yearly sale target
•Manage the day-to-day production, operation and suggest the strategic problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and targets
•Mentor and coach the sales managers and supervisors to work efficiently to achieve the targets
•Work closely with product manager to design and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and drive revenue growth
•Conduct and recruit the high-potential candidates, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
•Implement the effective campaigns and motivation to boost up the team’s performance
•Plan and suggest the training programs roadmap for sales team
•Analyze the sale summaries of all tele channels, forecasting and analyzing sales data and produce the sales report as required
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.
•Age between 30 – 45 years old
•Proven experiences as sales Head or Manager in lending business with at least direct experience on minimum 5 years sales manager or Managerial role
•Strong leadership skill
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
