Job Descriptions
1. บริหารจัดการทำงานให้ส่งมอบได้ตรงตามเวลา 2. บริหารงานและควบคุมดูแลงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้สำเร็จลุล่วงได้ด้วยดี 3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อประสานงานด้านการออกแบบ ประสานงานกับวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง วิศวกรรมงานระบบ  ประกอบอาคาร  4 ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานวัสดุและคุณภาพงานสถาปัตย์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด** ชอบและรักในงานสถาปัตย์ เปิดกว้างพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้ **** 5.งานเข้าสำรวจอาคารเพื่อนำมาออกแบบ 6.งานออกแบบเพื่อนำเสนอกับผู้ใช้(ตัวแทนผู้บริหาร) 7.จัดทำกรอบราคาพร้อมแบบให้ ผู้ใช้ลงนาม ในการอนุมัติให้ออกแบบ 8.จัดทำแบบ DSAP แบบก่อสร้าง
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี- สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม
  2. เพศ หญิง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 3-7 ปีขึ้นไปในการเขียนแบบสถาปัตยกรรม
  4. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม
  5. สามารถใช้งาน โปรแกรม Auto Cad และ SKETCH UP ได้ในระดับดี
  6. มี Passion รักในงานออกแบบ มีความเข้าใจความสวยงามในหลักสถาปัตยกรรมอย่างดี
  7. สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลาย หลายสไตล์
  8. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ดีไซน์คอนเซ็ป / ดีเทล และพัฒนาแบบ Drawing ได้ในเวลาที่กำหนด
  9. ประสานงานระหว่างเจ้าของโครงการ / สถาปนิกโครงการและทีมงานทุกฝ่าย แล้วนำมาแก้ไขพัฒนาแบบ
  10. บริหารจัดการทีมงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
