Job Descriptions
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales & marketing plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, content, and sales collateral targeting specific customer segments. 5. Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships. 6. Analyze market intelligence data to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and potential partnerships or alliances. 7. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team regarding product enhancements, pricing strategies, and market positioning. 8. Monitor and analyze sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, specifically in the food industry or a related field
  3. 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing role, preferably managing a sales team
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customer, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  8. Good English Skills - writing, reading, listening and speaking
