Job Descriptions

1. Design a network system in the organization as assigned by the supervisor 2. Design a server system as assigned by the supervisor 3. Cordinate and report to concern for solve the problem complaints, repair reports, and support of IT department 4. Repair, fix, follow up on problem solving and notify Progress in the operation to inform the service users 5. Summary reports, complaints, repair reports from "daily service users and summarized on a weekly, monthly basis" 6. Inform information/ information of department and style service of department to user 7. Prepare equirement and location for training knowledge about service of department to user 8. Prepare document form of department and satisfaction assessment forms to user and summary result and information 9. Cooperate with supervisors to improve standards, service procedures by considering the results satisfaction assessment of service department 10 Operate other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related filed (Welcome new graduation) "Information Technology / Computer science/ Computer Engineering / (เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ / วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ / วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์)"
Have knowledge and skill in Basic network system, Vmware, Operating systems and platforms (Windows Server, Linux Server), Data backup/recovery Database, Microsoft Office
Have experience in IT infrastructure (Network and Server) and ERP
Good command in English
