Job Descriptions
- สรรหาพนักงานให้ได้คุณสมบัติตามต้องการ และทันเวลาที่กำหนด - จัดเก็บทะเบียนประวัติพนักงาน ประวัติการทำงาน - ยื่นเอกสารรายชื่อ บุคคลเข้า-ออก ประกันสังคม - ทำเงินเดือน ค่าเที่ยวเรือ / ยื่นภาษี ภงด.1 - ติดต่อกรมแรงงาน และ กรมเจ้าท่า - จัดทำรายงานการประชุม - ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในออฟฟิต เวลาทำงาน วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00-17.00 น. (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันนักตฤกษ์)
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Ms Office : Word , Excel and PowerPoint และอื่น ๆ
  5. ทำงานด้วยความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง แก้ไขสถานการร์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
  7. ปรับการทำงานให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ ทำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้กับการทำงาน
  8. สามารถวิเคราะห์รอบด้าน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีทักษะ
  9. สามารถทำงานนอกเหนือเวลาที่กำหนดได้
  10. ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และมีความอดทน
  11. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  12. หากมีประสบการณ์จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
