Job Descriptions
•Plan, control, and improve the plastic injection molding process to achieve optimal quality and efficiency. •Analyze and systematically solve problems related to the injection molding process. •Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth operations. •Develop and continuously improve molds and production processes. •Prepare and update relevant documents such as Process Flows, Work Instructions, and Control Plans. •Support compliance with quality management systems such as ISO/TS and IATF standards. •Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.
Qualifications
  1. Male, Thai national 30 years old up.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in engineering ( IE, EE, ME ) or related field.
  3. Work experience 3-5 years in automotive industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of plastic molds, materials, and injection molding technologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills
  7. Good knowledge in ISO9001:2015, ISO IATF16949
