Job Descriptions

1.In cooperation with the General Manager and subordinates, to make regional wide freight forwarding strategies, 2.Maximize ocean cargo / air cargo handling volume, revenue, and profit in Business Thailand through sales activities, 3.Through putting the strategy into the planning tactics, selection of carriers and priority lanes etc. to achieve above mentioned targets, 4.Recruit and set up a new team member(s) (when necessary and appropriate) of relevant industry talents and effectively organize the team, 5.To review, improve and standardize work processes and procedures to improve efficiency of Department to meet ISO standard and AEO(*) (*)AEO(Authorized Economic Operator) 6.Annual budget and mid-term plan making of the Department and certain execution, 7.To lead troubleshooting and problem solving in the Department, 8.To lead business development for non-JPN company and building or keeping customer relationships,

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree up.
At least 7-10 years working experience in Logistics
Experience with or understanding of logistics business or freight forwarding companies.
Experience with Managing Business Development team over 5 years.
Sales experience over 5-7 years with proven track record
Experience with Managing P&L over 5 years.
Good Analytical skill, problem solving skill, and able to work independently.
Strong Ability to present in Thai and English.
