Job Descriptions
Deal directly with customers and Oversea Agent either by email, telephone or face to face.
Provide pricing and delivery information to Oversea agent or Customers.
Respond promptly to customer and Oversea Agent inquiries with rapidly timeframe.
Handle and resolve customer or agent complaints.
Maintain customer databases.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Manage and take care customers' accounts.
To be able to explain a wind range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Logistics and supply chain
- At least 1-2 years experience with Fright Forwarder
- Computer literate in Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word
- Highly responsible and being able to work under pressure and limited timeline.
- Good command in English
- Positive attitude, good personally, cooperativeness and hardworking
