Job Descriptions

• Performs maintenance and changes in firewalls as required. • Manage, Monitoring, and Maintain Security solutions (IPS, Endpoint, SIEM, VA Scan, etc.,) remotely and on-site. • Maintain Information Security System Document • Provide consultation or guidance on Information Security to customers. • Provide Information Security Awareness Training to staff. • Proactively Report, Resolve, and Remediation of any Information Security incident or violation. •Work as part of service support 24x7 and extend to support after office hours when assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineer, IT, or any related fields
3-4 years of operational experience administering Firewalls.
Expert knowledge of Firewall products (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
Understanding of Security systems, Network basic knowledge, etc.
Familiarity with cyber security threats, defenses, motivations, and techniques.
Experience or working knowledge of Security Best Practices with security products from leading security vendors
Proactive with Service mind person.
Experienced in Service operation and support will be an advantage.
