Job Descriptions
1. Sales Support
• Preparing sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices.
• Tracking orders and coordinating with various departments, such as warehouse, logistics, and accounting.
2. Customer Service & Communication
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
• Processing orders and updating customers on order status.
• Coordinating product delivery and after-sales service.
3. Reporting & Documentation
• Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales trends.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database and other sales-related records.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
• Liaising with the accounting department regarding invoices and payments.
• Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monday - Friday: 8.00 AM - 17.30 PM
Qualifications
- Gender: Female
- Age: more than 23 years old
- Bachelor's degree in other related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Has a passion for service and negotiation skills.
- Good at solving immediate problems.
- Have basic knowledge of English language will be given special consideration.
