Job Descriptions

We, therefore, intend to offer clients the best workforce service to achieve and build that foundation with our expertise and experience in the recruitment industry. Job Description: - Conducting candidate searches using a variety of sources such as online job boards, social media, and referrals. - Screening resumes and applications to determine whether candidates meet our clients' requirements. - Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Presenting qualified candidates to clients and coordinating interviews with them. - Conducting reference and background checks on candidates when required. - Negotiating offers and preparing employment contracts for successful candidates.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. A deep understanding of the job market and industry trends.
  7. If you are passionate about recruitment and have the necessary qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you.
