Job Descriptions

1. Set and plan, control and monitor daily and weekly production activities and assign each shift to produce according to the target. 2. Control and supervise the production of each shift to be in accordance with the work plan set for each day. 3. Maintain orderliness and solve production problems, give advice and train subordinates. 4. Coordinate with relevant departments. 5. Control waste in the production process, control costs, control quality and various standards. 6. Maintain production machinery initially. 7. Control and supervise the preparation of raw materials and equipment used in production to be ready. 8. Prepare daily production report to the supervisor. 9. Evaluate and improve the work of employees in the production line.

Qualifications

Female, age not over 35 years
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related field.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in production management in a plastic factory.
Have self-confidence, be creative, and have leadership qualities.
Able to use computers with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint very well.
Can read and write English very well.
Have knowledge in ISO90001:2016, IATF16949 system.
Highly responsible, has good interpersonal skills and can work well under pressure.
