Job Descriptions

1.Use basic machines of mold making i.e. Lathe, Milling, Surface grinding machine. 2.Check Mold insert and Fitting/Assembly process. 3.Using CAD/CAM software NX10 up for Mold design. 4.Using CAD/CAM software NX10 up for G-Code and Machining knowledge. 5.Operation CNC Machining center machine to fabricate the mold part. 6.Operation Wire EDM machines to fabricate the mold part. 7.Operate CNC EDM machines to fabricate the mold part. 8.Follow the company rules & regulation, company policy & standard of 3Q6S. 9.Performs related work as required.

Qualifications

Education: High School or Vocational up (Industrials field)
Experience: 1 - 3 years in mold fabrication (Plastic Injection or Die Casting)
Understand 2D drawing.
Able to use basic measuring equipment e.g. Vernier caliper, Micrometer.
Basic knowledge of Mold fabrication e.g. Die Casting or Plastic Injection Mold.
Able to use basic machine equipment i.e. Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, Drilling.
Able to use Software NX10 up for 3D Mold design are advantage.
Able to use CAD/CAM software NX10 up for G-Code and Machining knowledge.
Able to operation CNC Machining center machine are advantage.
Able to operation EDM/Wire EDM machine are advantage.
Have experience of CNC Controller e.g. FANUC or SODICK or CHARMILLS are advantage.
