Job Descriptions
- Creating quotation and prepare the bidding document punctually and accurately
- Consolidation of quotation requirements from supplier or partner
- Defining, estimation and scheduling project work to achieve the project
- Defining resource requirements, establishing project organization structure and managing project team
- Preparing proposals
- Providing pre/post sales technical product assistance, training and education support to customers
- Managing the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets
- Providing in depth technical product assistance to customers and sales executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer or an IT related field
- At least 5 year experience in develop CRM Application or relate Application
- Knowledge in Call Center /Contact Center or other related technology
- Knowledge in system / network / database /security and IT infrastructure for develop
- Knowledge of CRM&KB
- Knowledge of bidding process and bidding document such as statement of compliance, Bill of Quantity and other related
- Able to analyze and design Application for Call Center /Contact Center including other related
- Good command of English
- Coordinate Well with Team, Able to work Under Pressure
- Certified of Microsoft Dynamic CRM or other CRM is advantage
