Job Descriptions
- Customer complaint handling - New model, Project control - Process change control - Response for Customer Requirement/Request - Quality improvement activity - Lead plant quality works on plant quality activity such as internal quality problem, end-line inspection training, management document, quality alert documents. - Take lead on problem solving team by work with cross functional team on corrective action. - Revise procedure and Quality Manual for quality system, to ensure that all documents are correct and updated. - Communicate with customers for solving and improving quality issues. - Communicate with internal team to resolve customer quality issues. - Quality Data Analysis Job Highlights • Quality Assurance • Quality Control • Quality Analysis
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field
  2. Male or Female
  3. Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, QC tools, IoT and etc.
  4. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 standard
  5. Mus be very Good in English communication skill and if can speak Chinese it will be good advantage
  6. Computer literacy
