Responsibilities:
1.Order fulfillment and on-time delivery
2.Long-term demand planning
3.Inventory/OBS control
4.A/R management
5.Maintain Customer relationship
6.Handle customer complaint
Qualifications
- Education: BA or above major in Business Administration, International Economics, and Trade.
- More than 5 years of experience in order fulfillment or customer service is required.
- Good at communication and collaboration
- SAP/ERP system experience is preferred
- Must be able to speak Thai-Chinese-English
