Job Descriptions
We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform a variety of routine jobs with some expanding tasks in Sales Department. The goal is to provide a quick customer service and to increase the customer’s satisfaction for company’s growth. Responsibilities : •Product development area - Liaising with internal departments such as R&D, Production, and QA to develop the new products, to register and expedite the new product code until it can be ready for mass production, coordinating with QA about customer’s complaint •International purchasing area – Issue the PO of material and follow up until good receipt, coordinating with QA about defected material with claims to supplier •Customer service area – Support the customer order receipt, maintain, and follow up •Assisting your supervisor with his/her daily tasks •Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing data •Follow all companies policies and procedures
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in marketing or relate filed
  2. Least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  3. Expert in utilize office equipment, social media MS Office such as MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot table)
  4. Understanding of sales & marketing ,customer service practices.
  5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good command in English
  7. Track record of works for problem solving shortly
  8. Friendly, helpful, and active personality
  9. Customer service focus and Service mind
