Job DescriptionsSales and Events must build
and lead a team of sales people to help drive
revenue. Sales manager must motivate
team, strengthen client relationships, set
targets to hit or exceed revenue
forecasts, and ultimately meet customer
needs, also reach KPI of Sales ' team.
ㆍBe knowledgeable about the property,
leasing agreement and contract
ㆍIdentify prospective tenants
ㆍCreate sales plans and strategies
ㆍContact new and existing tenants to
discuss needs
ㆍEmphasize the features of property to
highlight how they solve customer
problems
ㆍRenew lease with current tenants
ㆍNegotiate prices and terms, conditions
and prepare sales agreement
ㆍComplete lease document
ㆍCollaborate with colleagues in many
different sectors
ㆍMaintain occupancy rate
ㆍPrepare sales reports and
presentations
ㆍAchieve growth and hitting sales
targets by successfully managing the
sales team
ㆍDesign and implement a strategic sales
plan that expands company's customer
base and ensure it's strong presence
ㆍManage recruiting, objectives setting,
coaching and performance monitoring
of sales representatives
ㆍAlly sales achievement with legal team
and others teams based on business
acumen
ㆍProficient knowledge of real estate
industry, property management
principles and relevant legislation
Qualifications - B.A. in related field
- 3-5 years working experience as a Leasing Agent or similar position
- Good Command of English
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills
- Cooperative
- Available to work extended hours
- Work under pressure
- Fast learner
- Team builder
- Assist operation manager as requested
