Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 1. Quality-driven for NPI products. 2. Manage NPI QE to handle the quality of NPI products. 3. APQP-driven, follow-up NPI activities and to be gate review for qualification report, PPAP and APQP phase exist. 4. Involve with team to define package /process charecteristics and define product/ process quality control/ procedure/ criteria for new product. 5. In process quality control for NPI lot. - Taking care for quality issue for NPI, take ownership on quality issue and communicate with customer and ensure that the interim/ corrective/ permanent actions or improvement plan will be in plan 6. Audit/monitor to ensure that compliance of new product/package/ process to specification or customer requirement. 7. Reporting the qualification result of new product/package/ process to the customer 8. To be leader and center for NPI quality driven, analysis and driven to reduce quality issue of NPI and production released.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering in Electronic / IE / or any related field
5 -10 years’ EXP in IC or Electrical manufacturing in position of Quality Engineer, NPI or Process Engineer
Basic problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPC, Why-why analysis, QC7 tools, etc.
Why-why analysis, QC7 tools, etc.
Knowledge of any PCDC, is plus
Take accountability and ownership
Good command of spoken and written English
