Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for translating English and Chinese business documents.
2. Provide translating service at business meeting & conference etc.
3. Assist the GM to carry out various tasks & handle daily affairs etc.
4. Assist the GM to conduct business activities within the scope of authorization, internal & external communication and presenting relevant reports.
5. Responsible for drafting, revising & reviewing relevant documents. Collating various documents, reports and other materials;
6. Following up, handling and providing feedback of documents & tasks assigned by the GM;
7. To complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Qualifications
- 1. Fluent in English and Chinese, can handle business documents;
- Have relevant work experience for more than 3 years;
- Good image & able to carry out business trips;
- Excellent communication and coordinating ability;
- Work proactively and have a strong logical thinking;
- Good at writing & able to draft the business;
- With driving skills & experience are preferred.
