Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for translating English and Chinese business documents. 2. Provide translating service at business meeting & conference etc. 3. Assist the GM to carry out various tasks & handle daily affairs etc. 4. Assist the GM to conduct business activities within the scope of authorization, internal & external communication and presenting relevant reports. 5. Responsible for drafting, revising & reviewing relevant documents. Collating various documents, reports and other materials; 6. Following up, handling and providing feedback of documents & tasks assigned by the GM; 7. To complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
  1. 1. Fluent in English and Chinese, can handle business documents;
  2. Have relevant work experience for more than 3 years;
  3. Good image & able to carry out business trips;
  4. Excellent communication and coordinating ability;
  5. Work proactively and have a strong logical thinking;
  6. Good at writing & able to draft the business;
  7. With driving skills & experience are preferred.
