Job Descriptions
- ดูแลการบันทึกบัญชีด้านเจ้าหนี้ (AP)
- รับวางบิล ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้
- ดูแลการจ่ายให้ตรงตามกำหนดชำระเงิน
- ลงรายละเอียดการบันทึกจ่าย และกระทบยอดเงินเข้า – ออก
- ดูแลงานเอกสารด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR)
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ขาย ภพ.30, ภพ.36
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.3, 53
- ติดตามทวงหนี้จากลูกหนี้ที่ค้างชำระ
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย,รับชำระหนี้,จ่ายชำระหนี้
- กระทบรายการเงินฝากธนาคาร
- รวบรวมข้อมูลลูกหนี้ค้างชำระและข้อมูลยอดขาย
- ใช้โปรแกรม SAP / AX ในการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ป.ตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์บัญชี เจ้าหนี้ และ ลูกหนี้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
