Role & Responsibility
âĒIdentify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at Makro
âĒLead a high-functioning by ensuring store CD Team to achieve KPIs
âĒCoach CDOs to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
âĒVisit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to HQ
âĒEnsure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
âĒCollaborate with ASGM to achieve store and CD Team KPIs and ensure operation excellence.
âĒDemonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
âĒSupervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization
âĒPrevious sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIs
âĒTeam and collaboration across stakeholders in store and HQ.
Qualifications
- Thai Male/Female.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science or related courses.
- 5-7 years of working experience, At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization.
- Self-motivated, Well-organized, Thorough in numbers.
- Proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.
- Resulted and details oriented.
