Job Descriptions
1. ให้การต้อนรับ บริการ และอำนวยความสะดวก แก่ผู้รับบริการ
2. ซักประวัติและประเมินอาการ ผู้ป่วย เพื่อคัดแยกผู้ป่วยตามอาการและโรค ส่งตรวจตามคลินิกต่าง ๆ
3. ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในโรงพยาบาลให้ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ
4. ดูแลการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วย และการตรวจสอบสิทธิมีความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / เพศหญิง
- อายุ 25 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มี Service Mind มีทัศนคติที่ดี รักงานบริการ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ Call Center หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 1 – 2 ปี
