Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมการผลิตของพนักงานแผนก Press / Welding / Tapping 2.ควบคุมอัตรากำลังคน อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ และ อุปกรณ์PPE 3.ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อลดต้นทุน ลดของเสีย ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น 4.อบรม OJT ให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 5.ปรับปรุง WI ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน และเข้ารับ Audit ระบบ IATF16949 , ISO14001 6.ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ การจัดการ และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานผลิต เกี่ยวกับงาน Press / Tapping / Welding อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (ธุรกิจผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์)
  4. สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949 ,ISO9001 , ISO14001
  6. มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำสูง มีทัศนคติดี มีความอดทนสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดีเยี่ยม
