1. Responsible for communicating, talking, or answering questions with customers in what they suspected
Helps to increase the relationship between the company and customers.(First Step).
2.Responsible for recording customer inquiry systematically and forward to the sales department.
3.Know the information and news of the company. And answer customers by e-mail, telephone, etc.
4.Responsible for contacting customers after receiving the service. To determine satisfaction, make a record.
5.Able to impress customers via e-mail or telephone and forward customer information to the sales department.
6.Can advise customers to cancel orders and services to make customers satisfied.
7.Able to work with different departments To ensure efficient customer service.
8.Track customer complaint status and communicate with all department concern.
9.Other related assigned
Qualifications - Age 25-40 Year old
- Experience in Customer Service of manufacturing.
- ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015
- Have 3+ years of experience in the job Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Communication , Business Adm. , Other relate.
- Good personality, good looks
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Skilled and Knowledge of Computer
