Job Descriptions

1 Assurance product quality according to customer’s requirement. -Check and follow up Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 continuously -Report about problems found and find the solutions for the problem 2.Material Receiving -Control receiving material, check and approve before moving in warehouse to prevent sending substandard materials to production lines -Control tools used for check receiving material properly and control annual calibration -Coordinate with purchasing to inform about quality problems & ask for improvement, and make sure subordinates will record the material issues daily 3Internal Calibration (CL): -Control calibration equipment used for product checking to be always ready to use. -Plan to do calibration both internal and external and keep record of calibration each time -Operate for internal calibration -Check if calibrate label is updated or correct or not 4Quality control in production process and before delivery -Participate meeting about quality problem occurred in production process -Control production process according to work instruction -Control production process based on requirement standard of production -Check and report the result of semi-product checking and finished goods checking based on company and customer requirements -Control and check products before delivery -Check and control tools used for checking production process of each model -Record the problems found from production process daily in “Quality Monthly Report”, and update to General Manager timely 5Customer complaint -Meeting with related person for finding the root causes of problem -Make the report for improvement and preventive measure to protect problem occur again -Coordinate with Chinese team for making customer claims report. 6Manpower management -Provide suggestion to subordinate -Plan for QC staffs improvement, training about

Qualifications

Male/ Female, above 25 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Strong skill of Leadership and Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
High responsibility and working as team efficiency
Strong skill of English understanding, both writting, reading, listening and speaking skill
Have expeience in Electronics part and PCBA business will be advantaged.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 , Have been QMR will be advantaged.
