Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities : - Prepare and approve Operation Breakdown (OB) and Operation Bulletin, including line layout planning according to the production schedule. - Monitor and analyze labor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and perform line balancing to meet production efficiency and ramp-up targets. - Lead QCO (Quick Change Over) activities during the first 3 days of production—setup layout, assign skilled operators, and provide training at bottleneck points. - Conduct Cycle Time (CT) reviews and re-balance lines for long-run styles to maintain continuous improvement. - Initiate and implement Kaizen projects to improve work methods, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience : • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience
Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within a present time-frame.
High computer skills
Good planning and analytical skills.
Must have the ability to supervise a team of workers and staff.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
