Job Descriptions

Working hours: 6 days/week (3 Shifts: Have shift allowance) Weekly holiday: Saturday or Sunday (Depends on work schedule). Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) ***Interested applicants, please submit your updated English resume with contact phone number, current and expected salary. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** Job Descriptions: - Reply client and Supplier message in 5-10 mins and email in 15 mins. - Receive customer truck bookings, and record it in system. - Confirm truck will be on time and Monitor truck status. - Updating to supervisor when there is issue. - Cooperate supervisor to improve the work process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics / Transportation / Freight Forwarder / Import & Export or related business.
Call center and/or Warehouse experience will be plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Able to Speak English is MUST.
This work need timely manner especially reply to client and supplier.
Have basic computer program skills like MS Office (Word, Excel or else).
Prior experience with Google's Excel Sheets will be an advantage.
Have responsibilities and hard working.
Customer service skill is MUST.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well organized and strong in working under pressure.
Flexibility to work as multiple shifts.
