Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลในส่วนของการเพิ่มข้อมูลลูกค้ารายใหม่
2. ตรวจสอบเอกสาร จัดทำบิล และส่งใบวางบิล
3. จัดทำรายงานรับชำระหนี้ประจำสัปดาห์
4. ติดตามทวงถามและประสานงานฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีปัญหาในการชำระเงิน
5. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่จัดทำ พร้อมเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระเบียบ
6. ออกเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี หนังสือรับรองหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
7. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิ ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีมาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
