Job Descriptions
-Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives
-Ensuring that team members meet their targets
-Providing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them improve their performance
-Ensuring that the team is up to date with product knowledge
-Managing team schedules and ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to meet customer demand
-Monitoring calls, chats, and emails to ensure that team members are adhering to company policies and
procedures
-Handling customer escalations and complaints
-Producing reports on team performance
-Collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience
วันทำงาน วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน เวลาทำงาน 09.00-18.00 น.
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 21- 40 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารไทย และอังกฤษ (Native American Speaker จะได้รับพิจารณาพิเศษ)
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีเป็นต้นไป
- ขยัน, อดทน, ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต, มีความรับผิดชอบ
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้ดี
- คะแนน TOEIC 500+
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
