- Prepare production schedules as according with the production plan. - Manage Manpower. - Coordinate with maintenance Dept. for prepare machine. - Prepare material. - Monitoring and Control production process. - Solving problem in production process. - Controls deliver goods to warehouse. - Handle quality system. - Personal management. - Plan and create budget. - Participate company activities as assigned. - Other assignment by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
4 years above experience in Production Supervisor on manufacturing firms. (Prefer in Injection molding, Pulp mold, Pressed board cutlery process)
Special consider for female candidates
Having knowledge of ISO & BRC basic requirement.
Having knowledge of basic machine.
Having knowledge of safety regulation.
Having Knowledge of work rules and regulation.
Having computer literacy skills.
Having leadership, Planning, Problem solving, Analytical thinking, Job ordering and Job follow up skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to work in shift pattern (Day/Night)
Able to work 6 days per week.
Able to work in Prachinburi location.
