Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Execute import expedition for SIB projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, owner logistics team, and freight forwarders
- Oversees transport and customs clearance
- Track and monitor project purchasing order progress
- Collaborates with Procurement/Project Manager and discipline lead for equipment delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation through Material Receiving Report (MRR), while overseeing material storage and issuance processes.
- Manage end-to-end material receiving process including advance shipping notifications, storage planning, and coordination with freight forwarders and central warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project logistics operations within industrial/manufacturing environment
