Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1.Prepare and provide precal, part list, cost, sale price for sale TNF and other department related. 2.Prepare and provide Quotation for customer, sale and other department related. 3.Report activity weekly to Sales Director. 4.Minutes meeting weekly for Sale TNF. 5.Coordinate work with sale TNF and CSG, Production Department. 6.Coordinate work with technical about product specification, manual and customer, sale and other department. 7.Prepare and coordinate with CSG about Catalogue, Brochure, Leaflet, Artwork, Uniform, Seminar. 8.Prepare stock sample product for sale TNF and other department. 9.Prepare New customer support CSG Nordfab duty. 10.Booking flight and hotel, Arrange car service support who’s have duty in local, oversea also visitor from company group and other task admin support. 11.Make cold call and arrange meeting with customer 12.Market research, negotiation of dealership agreements and set up of operations. 13.Provide the convenience and assistance to customers to make clients most satisfied 14.Distribute all necessary information to customers in a timely manner 15.Create and find opportunities to grow the business 16.Monitor the market and competitors to keep business up to date 17.Analysis the customers and markets to understand the business trends 18.Follow the instruction of the supervisor 19.Ad hoc duties assigned by Sales Director

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Have experience with manufacturing company for 1-5 years.
Computer literate and familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power point).
Pleasant personality, well-organized and good personality, interpersonal.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
